Pluxins is an IT Consulting & Outsourcing business run by Arjun Kumar, building SaaS products, AI-powered systems, and full-stack applications for clients across healthcare, education, e-commerce, and fintech. Pluxins also incubates and operates its own product subsidiaries, including QuickCare (healthcare marketplace, quickcare.life) and ClassGini (EdTech AI SaaS platform, classgini.com).

QuickCare and ClassGini are independently operated products under the Pluxins umbrella. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies published on their respective sites. Pluxins is not responsible for content, transactions, or disputes arising solely within a subsidiary's platform once you leave pluxins.com.
4. Client Responsibilities
When you engage Pluxins for a project, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or assets required to complete the work. Delays caused by missing inputs from your side may extend delivery timelines.
5. Payments & Pricing
Prices listed on this website are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Project-based work is typically billed in milestones; one-time services (such as marketplace listings) are billed upfront. Custom quotes shared over email or WhatsApp supersede any indicative pricing shown on the site.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom-built deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Pluxins retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal code libraries reused across projects, as well as all IP in its own subsidiary products (QuickCare, ClassGini).
7. Confidentiality
We treat client information, business data, and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pluxins provides services on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, Pluxins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or subsidiary apps.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
